At Cece Jewellery, we want you to be completely enchanted by your new pieces; if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all luxury packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely place the jewellery in its original branded box and protective shipping mailer, ensuring the return form is included inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
